Our services
1:1 Session
Online or in-person, this is a designated time to target an area that may be impacting their performance, life or mental health. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Team Session
Online or in-person. A variety of topics can be utilized to reach the common goal of cohesion, trust and build mental toughness within the group.
Parent Consultation
Online or in-person, topics can include ways to support my child’s mental health, sport performance, managing your own anxiety or expectations and increasing enjoyment.
